Informational site; no engagement

The site describes Ryan Horwath's work, interests, and services. It is provided for general information and does not create a client, advisory, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A project or service engagement begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable law, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the site to transmit confidential information without authorization.

AI-assisted content and tools

Any AI-assisted feature or output is provided for general informational purposes. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Do not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial, safety, compliance, or other professional advice. Verify important information independently.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, trade secrets, regulated data, or confidential client information through public AI or contact interfaces. If an AI feature is enabled, it may be subject to additional notices and provider terms presented before use.

SMS messaging (Jarvis Private Owner Alerts)

The operator may use private SMS (via Twilio and the Jarvis assistant) solely to notify the owner about operational events and agent escalations. This is a private, owner-only SMS program. Public visitors of ryan-h.org are not enrolled in SMS by browsing the site.

The owner's messaging channel is governed by the Privacy Policy, including opt-out via STOP and help via HELP. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Misuse of messaging infrastructure, attempts to spoof the owner number, or unauthorized access to messaging webhooks is prohibited.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the site's text, design, code, graphics, and other original material are owned by Ryan Horwath or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site material without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or use services operated by third parties. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Ryan-H.org is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Ryan-H.org will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site.

SMS program: Jarvis Private Owner Alerts

Program name: Jarvis Private Owner Alerts.

Purpose:This SMS program delivers private operational alerts and personal-assistant notices exclusively to Ryan Horwath, the sole owner and operator of the Jarvis system. Messages include operational alerts, agent escalation notices, reminders, and personal-assistant responses related to the owner's systems and work.

Who receives messages: Only the owner (Ryan Horwath). This program does not send messages to customers, the public, third parties, or any purchased, rented, or third-party contact list. No marketing messages are sent.

Enrollment: The owner enrolls by providing their mobile number through the consent form at ryan-h.org/sms-consent and checking the affirmative consent checkbox. Enrollment is available only to the system owner.

Message frequency: Varies based on operational events, system alerts, and owner-requested assistant activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Help: Reply HELP to any program message or email [email protected].

Opt out: Reply STOP to any program message. No further messages will be sent until you re-enroll.

No sharing: Your mobile number and SMS consent information are not sold, shared with, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
