Information this site processes

This site is under active development and is currently in a pre-launch state. We collect limited information for the following purposes:

• Waitlist signups: If you submit the early-access form, we collect your name and email address. These are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and used only to notify you when the site launches. Your email will never be sold or shared with third parties. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
• If you choose to contact us through a mail link, your message is handled by your email provider and then by our email provider.
• Hosting, security, and performance providers may process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
• This site uses Cloudflare Pages and Workers for hosting and functions. Cloudflare may receive technical request information when your browser loads site resources.

How information is used

We use contact information to respond to an inquiry, evaluate a potential project, provide requested services, and notify waitlist members when the site launches. We do not sell personal information.

AI features

The site may display an AI-assistant interface while it is being developed. The current public interface does not send visitor chat messages to an AI provider. Before a live AI conversation feature is enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the feature, the categories of information sent to its service providers, retention practices, and the available choices.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, financial-account details, health information, credentials, or confidential client information through public contact or AI interfaces unless a separate written agreement and secure channel are in place.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, operate, or respond to the site; with professional advisers when needed; or when required by law. Waitlist data is retained until the site launches or until you request deletion. Other inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

SMS program: Jarvis Private Owner Alerts

Ryan Horwath operates a private, owner-only messaging channel used by the Jarvis personal assistant and related operational tools. This channel is not a marketing list and is available exclusively to the system owner.

• Who receives messages: only the business owner's verified mobile number configured by the owner in Twilio and the Jarvis environment.
• How opt-in works: the owner enrolls by providing their mobile number through the consent form at ryan-h.org/sms-consent and checking the affirmative consent checkbox. This form collects only the owner's phone number for SMS delivery purposes.
• Message types: operational alerts, agent escalation notices, reminders, and personal-assistant responses related to the owner's systems and work.
• Message frequency: varies based on operational events, system alerts, and owner-requested assistant activity. Message and data rates may apply.
• Providers: message delivery is handled by Twilio (and any carrier networks Twilio uses). Those providers process phone numbers and message metadata to deliver texts.
• Opt-out / help: the owner may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• Retention: delivery logs and message content may be retained by Twilio and by our systems only as needed for operations, debugging, and security.
• No sharing: your mobile number and SMS consent information are not sold, shared with, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive Jarvis Private Owner Alerts is not a condition of any purchase.
